Hello my fellow agents! I was just wondering how the world of inbound referrals is treating you. I, being out of the North Atlanta market, am experiencing a massive influx of buyers from Forida still. Instead of Hurricanes, now they tell me its becuase of the taxes. Also there is a huge influx form the northeast still. Is anyone else experiencing this in there market or this one too? Thanks in advance!

How do people track their internal referrals to other agents and determine the amount they are owed?

Apparently a lot of them want to get further North Jennifer.

About half of my business last year were people from Florida and California; pretty much the same this year so far.

Amazing to hear there is still a net gain of people moving into Florida.
