Hi Driven. i recently finished my education to be a colorado broker with realestateexpress.com. They are legitimate and recognized. It worked for me, but it was not the best experience to be honest. Staring at a computer screen for 168 hours of coursework is not ideal, and some of the exam questions they used were questionable in their quality. An example of this: a question asked "In the question above, what would Bob's prorated taxes be using the 365-day method" which would be ok if the question above that one mentioned someone named Bob! Other than a couple issues like that though, it all worked out.
One advantage of taking the courses online is that you can work at your own pace. If you want, you can spend all of your time working on them and really get them done quick and get started on your new career.
In the end, it really depends on your learning style. If you are like me and always learned better by reading a textbook rather than paying attention in class, then online can be the right thing for you.
