OK, how many of you have closing gifts for your client at the closing table?

Normally I take a small inexpensive closing gift with me to the closing table. It does not matter if my client is the buyer or seller. My favorite thing to use is something from Mary Kay cosmetics for the Ladies. It helps my bottom line; I sell also Mary Kay on top of being a Real Estate Broker. The guys get something from the builder supply house, something what has to do with their hobby or a gift certificate to a steak house.

Have other ideas? How about sharing?

What I give is based on the size of the transaction. My favorite is a paid subscription to the local newspaper for either 3, 6 or 9 months.

I give my clients nice candles from a company that I am affiliated with. Inexpensive yet it makes the client remember you and your service (hopefully good) for a good while. I like the newspaper idea!
