What is hte best way to go about getting short sale certified? it's all so scammy, I see stuff offered from 150 to 900, it seems whatever the market will bear? CDPR and one oter seem more reputable, Harris Univ declares themselves as theBEST, I have to strongly disagree as they put out a lot of garbage info
looking for your answers- someone told me not neccessary to be certified, I do have lot's of experience, but not certified- maybe the certified part makes no difference to the seller?

We got the SFR designation from NAR. Not too expensive and it seems to be accepted pretty much across the board for the moment at least.
