I need help selling a condo 2 bed 2 bath in dunwoody. What would it take?? I am willing to offer the agent 5%

Is the market that bad, home has been on the market well priced for over a year what would it take to make this happen?

Keep an eye on the Metrobrokers GMAC board going into the city.
The houses for sale was hovering arouund 83K units for the last year and a half but in the last 6 months it's been 93K-96K units for sale in Atlanta.
It's a buyers market now so sellers are going to have to come down.

Dunwoody is pretty unique. There have been a lot of condo conversions that don't do so well as resales. It is a very good area for SFRs.

What is the name of the complex?
