I am just a student in a "business research" class for a graduate program in Management - Just hoping you might take my short survey!

We needed to pick a quick research topic which would involve data collection.

Almost randomly, I chose "Retention Rates Among First and Second Year Real Estate Agents".

It is a study of why the retention rates of new real estate agents are so abysmal. Basically it attempts to, at least somewhat, identify if the most common factors in low retention rates have more to do with factors internal to the agents or with factors external to the agent such as management and working conditions.

So... I've made two surveys. One is for managers of real estate agents and one is for former or current real estate agents. I am hoping that you might see fit to take a few moments and fill in one or both of them for me. You get no compensation or recognition for doing so - as I won't even know who you are! But you can finish the survey(s) with a warm fuzzy feeling, knowing that you really have helped a frantic student actually have some data to assess for this project!

I really appreciate anyone who does this survey for me! Please feel free to pass this around to co-workers and such. (In fact, please do! The more people who fill this out the better data I have to work with!)

The password you need to punch in is simply the word realtors. That is "realtors", (without the quotation marks around the word!) - with "s" on the end and in lower case.
