I am getting into the real estate website making biz and have a demo at SellThemHomes.com (no actual listings there , its just a demo).

I will make a couple of you guys a FREE site on your domain (or a new domain that I help you find) and show you exactly how to get it ranked on page one for some of your primary local search terms, such as "(your city) houses for sale", etc. Or even "real estate agent (your city)".

I'm confused. All you did was use the AgentPress theme from StudioPress.

Agentpress is one of the themes I am using. Looks nice and costs about $100 including the Genesis Framework. But I have noticed many people have problems installing it correctly and plus it takes time and a lot of aggravation if you do not know what you are doing.

But the real value here is I show you how to get it ranked quickly for your main local search terms. Once you do I just want a quick screenshot and a short testimonial.

SellThem, perhaps you can tell us a bit more about your experience. If you can get sites 'ranked quickly' as you said, then surely you have examples of work you have done in the past.
