I would recommend using your own website to list all your properties. Then work on driving more traffic to your website. If you already do that then using a listing website would be a great idea. But I dont know which ones are better than others.

The truth of the matter is that unless you are financially and technically prepared to drive people to your own website, I would continue to use some of those you mentioned.


However, I also know of OpenMLS It's free, too.

It also has over 300 specifically keyworded domains pointing to it.

Unless you are technically inclined (HTML, PHP, etc) , or have alot of loot to spend on premium google keywords, and other forms of advertising, I recommend using a third party service.

1% of 500000 visitors (service) is better than 100% of 10 visitors (your own site)

Open MLS is easy to use just click on the link and you can view both listings. By the way if you are going to run a RE site you need to get rid of the ad for drugs COD with overnight shipping.
