Hi All,
I am starting to mail postcards to expireds and I am looking for some great ideas... I have seen a few but am open to new suggestions... links appreciated.
Also, I am wondering, let's say the minimum bulk mail quanity is 200 postcards and the rate is 22c. Whereas standard rate is 29c.
If it takes my market area 3 days to accumulate 200 expireds will it be dramatically less effective if I mail them out at the bulk mail rate every 3 days rather than paying the first class rate? I figure I will save about $140 month if I go bulk mail route, but if I lose 1 listing I could have had and sold per year it would have been better just to mailed them the at first class the first day everyday... thoughts?

You mean I list it at a normal rate, but if I am able to do both sides of the transaction in the first 60 days I refund the buyer comp? I'm not sure if my broker would allow this..

I really like the idea of advertising a reduced rate if I bring handle both sides....

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
