Pimco sent me rush order today and they want me to do it for free and before I do it there is to pay $129 signing or some training fee.
Believe it or not many desperate agents will fall for this !

It's got to where they are only paying $45 in Alabama and if you refuse they beg for somebody else's name. I will only do commercial BPO's at this point they pay around $150.

I appologize for the delayed response. We are requesting a no fee bpo as we look to utilize the bpo provider as the listing agent when the property becomes reo. We have your info as someone who signed up in our network. We are 3Point Asset Management who manages the purchase of NPLs for several major buyers from big banks.

Ok, I just want to update on this company, I just received a REO assignment from one of my Clients that are handling this 3Pointam asset. It was out of the blue my client, which I already had closed many transactions with them (reason why I gave it ashoot) was looking for an agent in the area that was approved by 3Pointam. surprised for me I did not know I was approved or in their data base. I have never do any BPO for them and I do not recall registered with them, but I did as the forgot my password emailed me one, that I use frequently. They use collaborate.54sd.com as a platform(which I never heard about it). It was a nice property and they pay 2.5% each side and charge you $150 at closing. I will keep informed in the future how it goes as it is occupied . Will be good if any here is working with these folks now to speak out
