Hi, I am new to this forum and have enjoyed the questions and answers I have seen here. I am a Realtor in Northern California (wine country) and would like to introduce myself. I work with many investors but still work with quite a few residential buyers also. I split the referrals you send me 50/50 which I feel is quite fair. My investors buy property all over the country so I am looking to meet new real estate agents to work with my clients also. Hope to hear from you all.
