Since long term results are so important to survival in this career, I increase your referral fee on every successful referral I get:

1st referral=20%
2nd referral= 30%
3rd referral= 40%
4th referral= 50% (half the fee for just a fraction of the work)

and every one after the 4th is a 50-50 split as long we work together.
