I am interested in doing BPO's. What legitimate online site should I visit to begin doing this?

This one. There is lots of information for those who track it down. It is our policy to not hand someone all the information. but it's here if you look.

Very well said. I have found quite a bit of info here and great people.
Basic rule of thumb is that its a lot of work to get started.

This is what I did a few years ago. I found this forum. Everytime I saw a company name I searched on Google or Yahoo until I found that companies website. If there is a sign up area I signed up. Then hoped to get orders. That's all I did. In fact that's still what I do. If I see a new company mentioned that I hadn't heard of before I search and sign up if I can.

I Googled "real estate asset management companies" and signed up with as many as I could. I also signed up with RES.net and Equator.

Heidi, Heidi, Heidi.........

You have belonged to AOL since 11/2010, and you haven't figured it out yet? Plenty of people will help you here (myself included), but you need to make some effort on your own.

I will say that since you are in CA, it won't be easy. There is a lot of competition in your state, and you missed the breaking-in boat by a few years. People were either getting in or had become established in the BPO niche before many others in the industry even knew what a BPO was! I wish you luck, and suggest you spend time searching this forum. It's better than any "school" you will ever attend.

You also have reoprep which has a link here on the left side of this site. They are very reputable and extremely inexpensive to list. Its 5 bucks a month if I am not mistaken for your office zip.

Here's a good place to start:
http://www.jimbeam.com/

You're going to need plenty of it if you're getting BPOs at this point in the market. Read these forums... many veteran, well establised agents are way down in their volume. Forms keep getting longer, QC more aggressive on hitting a price. Its just headache after headache. These mills have more agents then they could possibly ever use. This was a great business 5 years ago, but its been on a downward trend since, and its not getting better any time soon.
