Hello, I am wondering about are there any specific brokers or agencies that specifically facilitate US Realtors in assisting Chinese/Taiwanese whom are relocating to the US to find properties? Please advise. Thank you.

I don't know of any particular brokers but we have a site search function which allows people to search for multi-lingual agents. One locating an agent, a referral could be made if they are seeking a home elsewhere. We have several Chinese speaking agents. http://www.prudentialct.com ------------------ Rick Bucich www.bucich.net Ridgefield CT

I think it depends on what types of real estate you are looking for- land, condos, single family homes, multi-unit, new builds, etc.
It also depends on your goals- do you want to hold on to these properties and rent them out- or flip them for quick profit?

anyone recommendation for beginners? how much money you got? hehehe j/k im currently doing owner financing programs where you can benefit from tax write offs. these programs are based off land trusts and i bring in investors to buy beneficial interest in the trust in exchange for net equity, potential appreciation, cash flow and up front money. if you can afford the monthly payments, repairs, maintenance and closing cost then i can get you started. by the way, no bank qualification, no credit checks, no realtors, no loan officers, no commission etc. since we're not dealing with realty(real property).

I am located in Spanish Fork, Utah and have helped many people from Taiwan find housing in Utah. If you are interested in the area feel free to contact me. I also speak Mandarin which helps out in these cases.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
