As great as the Internet is for generating leads, nothing beats the phone for followup. I decided to go through a list of about 350 potential homebuyers who sent inquiries through my website in the past two years, and call them to generate business. I just got off the phone with a lady who not only still wants to buy, but has a shortsale listing lead for me. Quite a few others want to see if they can get preapproved. While email is faster, it just doesn't produce the same results as a phone call.
Anyone else getting the same kind of results?
