I have an iPhone and was considering getting an iPad for business at some point, but my concern is that it doesn't support Flash, and I've heard TO agents complain that they can't run the MLS on it... I haven't been able to check if it's true, but it is definitely something to think about...

I've been using the iPhone for a few month now and have also purchased the iPad. I like both of them so far but am still looking for the "killer app" that will fully justify my move from blackberry. Both are very good choices as far as I am concerned, but I favor Apple so far for real estate, Just seems a bit more dependable to me.

I have Sprint Service and used a Blackberry for years but will be upgrading to the HTC EVO 3D in a couple of days. The Blackberry worked really well for me most of the time but the screen is just too small to access/view my MLS in a have to/mobile situation.

Holy Smokes!!!!! Got my EVO 3D today and my old Blackberry is like being in the stone ages compared to this. The EVO is a mini-puter with a 1.2 GHz dual core processor, 4GB of internal memory, and 1GB of RAM.

I have an iPhone and Ipad both. I love them. Even with 3G I can be on the phone and internet at the same time on my phone.

As for the guys who were on the fence and couldn't use the MLS - I use a remote desktop service called Logmein. The app is called logmein ignition. I get full use of the MLS by remote desktoping my home or office computer. I also use dropbox with both, so it's like being in my office no matter where I am.

The only downside is that remote desktop can sometimes be a bit slow, but it sure gets the job done and is better than anything I have seen yet.

You can use MLS thru a FREE app called OPERA MINI. Acts as a browser for anything safari won't do. App has very high ratings.
