I plan to use twitter to identify potential real estate buyers and investors. What is the best way to identify these target marketers? I use #realestate and got some. But, doesn't give the result that I am looking for.

Is there any twitter tools, which any of you aware of to help me to reach the correct targets.

Here is my twitter id: exclyoursteam

Thanks.....Karen

Twitter is more difficult to target specific buyers. If you haven’t started Facebook I would definitely start. Facebook allows you to reach out to a specific set of people by choosing criteria like age, area they live, where they work, etc.

The problem with twitter is that it can be really hard to narrow down and find buyers / sellers in your area.

Your twitter reads like an inspirational quote booklet (boring, sorry) with some ads about really cool homes.

There's no "you" in there - nothing about what you love, what frustrates you, what you know, what you value, what you're volunteering for and what you do.

I would suggest using Twitter (and FB, for that matter) to better engage your audience, not just to spout off listings and some 'live love laugh' quotes. Make a personal connection with your followers and they will find YOU, as opposed to you chasing 'leads' that arent really there. Best of luck.

I use Twitter to push my website as well. Twitter has become my number 2 referring site. I have gotten a couple leads from it... they haven't turned into sales yet though. As they all said, Facebook seems to be a better option for collecting leads and hitting a specific market.

Google Custom Forum Search

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
