All sold out in my zip code. Just signed up for a portion on realtor.com so we will see how that goes. I was told Yahoo RE was available but not Zillow.

I would like to know this too. I am trying Trulia now but barely getting any clicks but I don't have the PRO package which might make a difference. Realtor.com is awful when it comes to new agents trying to advertise. If an agent buys out a zip code, then he has a right to hold it as long as he wants(pays for it). As a new agent you have no chance to advertise in Realtor.com for the zip codes that are taken by big shots in the area.
You would think since we are paying dues, they would give new agents a chance to advertise too on their web site.

I've heard from multiple agents paying for Zillow premier agent that it is working. They are receiving high quality leads, and the ROI pays off.
Disclosure that i worked at zillow for 4 1/2 years.

I used Zillow for one year and did not convert the leads. The a lot of the data that Zillow has on it's site is old. House have already gone pending and they still show them active. They also have a lot of auctions listings that look like great deals to the consumer, but are a waste of time for the agent. IMO

Paid and did not get leads that I could convert. Zillow is not up dated.

I paid for two zips last year and yes I did get a few listings and lots of buyer leads, but recently cancelled all my zillow zips as my money was better spent elsewhere. The return is just better elsewhere. Im still getting zillow leads from the zips I no longer pay for btw. But I have some really great reviews on the site, so perhaps that is the reason. I saved about $6k this year in dropping Zillow and I am spending that on improving my own site - which still has the highest return of any web marketing I have done.

No I dont contribute a lot. I try to sometimes but really most of the questions on there are people whining about their zestimates or compaining about the site. I have 26 reviews. I dont think I'll be adding more though - im going to start building up my reviews on other sites instead. Thers only so many places you can ask people to go review you before I feel like a nuisance.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
