I dont have any experience with investment properties and my only experience with real estate was buying my house more than 10 years ago. I would like to buy my first investment property in Miami or surrounding area. Can any of you, real estate investors, recommend a real estate agent in South Florida who can help me with that? I am looking for somewone who is reliable, honest and has many years of experience with investment real estate. I live in Connecticut, so I need someone who can find good deals without hidden pitfalls, below market value and with good cap rates that are worthy of travel to Florida. The agent should be able to recommend good management companies and lenders.
