Newb to the forum here. Been in and around the industry for 10 years, worked for a while as an appraiser here in KC and spent a tour as a transaction broker for a RE/MAX office.

Steve - Welcome aboard. I'm new to the forum also, but find it a very friendly and helpful group of professionals. I'll keep you in mind for KC and if you should know anyone heading for central NJ (near New York City), send them my way.

I checked out your website. Very nice. One little tip...on your home page I noticed a small typo which I normally wouldn't comment on, but it's in a rather critical spot on your home page...it reads, "He has a meticulous folow-up system to update you every step of the way." ...right after saying you are "meticulous", "folow-up" is mis-spelled which kind of takes the wind out of the sails...

Don't mean to be overly critical...just helpful...because first-impressions really count in this business.

I too am located in Kansas City with Remax Best I just wanted to ask you a question? Are you still doing appraisals and if not... why?

I just took the test and waiting for the results. I do everything in Real estate from representing buyers and sellers and buying rehab properties for myself. Decided to do appraisels to help me in deciding what cost vs value was. Looking to get a sponser could you give me some pointers in that direction
