Recently received an email from Fannie to register, as they apparently are getting ready to unload a pile of houses, they also asked to reg with coast2coast- I know C2C had a bad rep in the past, anyone know different? or do Leopards still not change spots?

Good question 'girl' - I'm thinking you have little choice if you want the listings.

I thought C2C was a directory. Is Fannie is going unload a pile of houses for C2C to manage & assign to agents in the directory? Or is Fannie going to assign listings themselves to the agents in the directory?

Years ago C2C used to send me BPO orders. I'm not sure if they managed assets back then, but they are the cause of me not doing BPOs from 2000-2007. I thought all BPO companies were like them.

This has got to be a scam (you know anyone can send an email that says it is coming from any chosen email address), Coast to Coast is the WORST!!!

And I did recieve the same email....

I received the e-mail but it's long since been deleted. My interpretation was that it was from Coast to Coast announcing that Fannie was taking applications and "oh, by the way" just register with us because we're looking out for you. But like I said, I've long since deleted the e-mail.
