Hi, I am moving from the Keller area and want to be in the Rockwall area here in Dallas/FW.

The problem is, we JUST bought our new house in Keller about 4 months ago. Can anyone suggest some creative ways to list and sell the house while still being able to afford another home in Rockwall?

We are very afraid that with the hit on the house and sellers fees, we will no longer even be able to afford to close on another house.

We are happy to work with an agent who will discount their sellers fees and stick with that agent when we go looking in the ROckwall area.

Any ideas here? I am still very ignorant about how the process works, so if you have any advice, PLEASE share it!!!
