I have access to over 170 properties right now, and they are giving me the option to sell them in bulk or separately. Since this is the largest amount of properties I have acquired thus far in my real estate career, and my buyers list is not in all these locations. What is the best way to go about marketing these properties? They are all offered at 30-50% which I KNOW most buyers would jump all over, but what is the best way to go about marketing them?
