I usually feel like this type of thing is just not worth it. But I am beginning to rethink this. I have been going for a month and a half and have 2 listings and have showed some houses to a hand full of people. Just curious to see what others think. Maybe people can suggest systems that they have had success with. Thank You.

I've had some success with Realty Generator / Market Leader, but I could never afford it if my broker didn't eat the bill and then just charge us a referral fee on closed transactions from Market Leader prospects. I think as an agent by yourself it costs a couple hundred dollars a month....never would I do it if I had to pay for it that way. I have several leads and one transaction heading for closing. I probably would have more but I lost several prospects from not knowing how to work the system and not being pro-active enough in the past. I'm getting better at it though! LOL
