I do a periodic Newsletter every 4 to 8 weeks, (as the spirit moves me) sending copies of all print advertising where thwir properties were featured. This also goes to prospective Listings.
Short enough so that they "might" read it. No routine enough to make it feel like a "ball & chain" around my neck.
Some places, Listings are only 6 weeks long . . . . but this is what works for me. Distinct feedback regarding things that they have under their control is reported immediately . . . . but I don't re-hash Buyer comments like the availablity, location, condition, or price . . . . unless they (the Sellers) are prepared to do something about it.
