hi guys. this may look like a stupid question or spammy but bear with me as i am a novice. What is mls OR idx? how can i get them and what is the usefulness of having them? What are the cost of getting them and installing them to your site? Are they available for real estate agents site in Africa or Nigeria to be specific? who is the best provider of idx/mlx

i was told that their is nothing like mls/idx in my country, so i am looking the way of real estate content management software. Please can you guys tell me which real estate content management software is the best.
