hi forum members, first i would like to thank every member for their contributions to the forum.
I am a new real estate agent in Nigeria with about five months experince working on a part time bases. i am hoping to quit my day job after i start making some sales. i want to do my marketing using google adwords and organic search as i discovered that the internet is greatly under utilized by real estate agents in my country. I want to start with adwords next month.
i want you guys to assist me to evaluate my site, (the meta tags, description tags, contact page, leads capture page etc).
please i need a good evaluation as i am looking for a third eye to tell me what is wrong or what i am not doing well in my site. Above all, i want to know if my site can be able to capture leads because i believe that is the usefulness of sites. Any other contributions are welcomed because i am a novice. Thanks for your help.

Well I took a look at your site and I noticed that you don’t have any "H" tags in your site. You should at least have an h1 which should be the title where you put "Welcome to Lekki Property Web Page!". If I was you I would replace that title with keywords that you would like to come up for; Example: "Lekki homes" or "Lekkie Properties" or "Lekkie Real Estate". It will help you come up for those keywords on Google and other search engines.
