I am a new agent from CA, I have a client want to counter a offer from REO counter offer/addendum. What form or forms do I need to do a counter offer from the seller. New Agent please help, thank you.
Mark is right, just ask you broker. But I want you to be sure and use Zip Forms. You will find all of the forms you need there, and the one for a counter offer is CO.
Countering a bank addendum or counter might be a little different, so I would ask the listing agent what is the best procedure.
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however.
