My family moved to Pensacola, Fl from Southern California over a year ago and found the area's houses very affordable.

There is an excellent private school (Pensacola Christian Academy http://www.pensacolachristianacademy.com/) and 2 good hospitals - Baptist Hospital and Sacred Heard Hospital.

Baptist hospital won the the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 2003.

I have been telling my friends about what I like here and this month alone, I have sold 3 brand new homes to them, 2 from Southern California, one from Minneapolis.
