I saw an ad on craigslist with bigger pictures. At the bottom it said listed with listhd.com. Anyone using this?

Looks like a free service, but I am sure there will be a charge somewhere down the line.

I wish there was an automated program to use craigslist that would repost for me, say ever 2 weeks or so. I find it hard to revisit a posting

surely it is featured add..it will charge you for showing ad that way

I think there are a few services like this but don't personally see the true usefulness behind it.

I've heard from this forum that 'rental' responses are much greater than 'sale' responses. Even when I've listed properties for sale on craigslist, I'd get people calling asking if the owner (on REOs) will rent.

Even the yard sign - they call asking if they can rent. There are enough rentals around here that I suspect these are people who can't rent through 'normal' procedures.
