I'm filling out a vesting form for a client who wants two other people added on to title... Not quite sure how it should be worded... is the following example correct?

1st person: John
2nd person: Jane
3rd person: Joe

John, a single man, Jane, a single woman, and Joe, a single man, as joint tenants.

Is this correct?

You shouldn't be filling out a vesting form. If your clients don't know how to do it, they should consult an attorney. This is a legal matter, and not something a real estate agent should be involved in.

Escrow can give them a vesting information sheet, but beyond that, they need to see an attorney.

Absolutely have them consult an attorney. The way that you have written it, if one of them dies, the other two then become sole owners of the property.

Since they are not married to each other, they may want their kids, cousins or parents to inherit their portion of the property upon death. You have just disinherited their family without asking them. Not everyone wants to give their buddies thousands of dollars if they should die.

Have them see an attorney asap.
