Passed it this morning, but it is Saturday today, when will my license be issued?

It depends on your state. Mine took about two weeks.

If you were here in Vermont, your License wouldn't be issued until a Broker wrote to the Vermont Real Estate Commission and asked that a License "for you" be issued to his/her Brokerage, indicating its willingness to absorb the vicarious responsibility for your actions/inactions.

Our Commission would issue a License to that Broker within hours or one (1) day of receiving such a Letter. I have sometimes hand carried paperwork into the Commission (45 miles away from me) and walked out with a New License that very same day (within minutes of asking for it to be processed).

I think - I could be wrong - but I think in PA that you can't take the exam until you have a broker who signs a paper stating that they will supervise and train you etc.

Thats the way it happens in Ohio also. It took 3 days for my license to activate.

I sure wish Texas was that fast. I passed my exam on March 29th and still no license. I've been told they are waiting on my background check but all I ever had was speeding tickets. I'm getting a little frustrated to say the least. I am ready to get out there and start my business.

Thats awesome, I was wondering how long it would take. I am taking my in June and just got a sponsor last week so its nice to know I wont have to wait a long time after I pass.

As soon as you finish the tests (state and National)you will know if you passed or failed and what your score is. It will break it down by section. The results are send directly to the state via computer. The results will be posted online before the broker gets the physical copy of your license, but once you are active you are legal to practice.
