I just tried that and it works pretty good. The only thing is your are limited to 60 seconds and there are 3 options for timing for each slide. If you pick slow option, then you cant fit too many pictures. Medium was OK where I could display enough photos but had to cut the end shot. Fast was too fast to be viewable.
I am going to try Microsoft Movie Maker - free edition to generate ones that are slightly over a minute.

I remember using PhotoDVD by VSO Software for making slideshows. I think they also have an option of posting directly to Youtube...

I like that you can only do 60 second clips. Most people do not watch longer than that.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however.
