Hello, I have a duplex property in Lawrenceville GA. I am currently looking to change property managers.

I have looked in the IREM website without success so far. No certified property managers listed in that city on their website.

Does anyone have suggestions, or better yet, recommendations for a trust worth, responsible property manager in that area.

Just signed up on this site so you probably have solved your problem. If not, google Crown Management Atlanta. I know they handle this area. Or google NARPM Atlanta. This is the site for the Atlanta Chapter of the National Assoc of Residential Property Managers. There is a list of member property managers on the site. These are companies that are making an effort to be the best they can be and subscribe to a code of ethics.
