Hello Fellow REALTORS, I am a REALTOR in Bakersfield, Ca. My daughter and son in law are moving to VA in 4 mos, transfering via Marines to Norfolk. I am looking for a easy going agent, someone who can spend some time looking for the right place per their needs and NOT try to over sell something to them ,just to make a buck, for crying out loud, I set them up with a agent today and I told him they are just looking, show them some things and good neighborhoods in Norfolk, all this guy did was try to push them into "HIS" finance co" and over sell them NOT in their price range, well they are pissed and want nothing to do with him. ANYWAY, I need an easy going , no pushy, someone who can do searching, may take a few months to find the right place THEY like, in THEIR price range They want. They will be getting qualified through their loan co, in the mean time they have a very good friend in VA that can go with you to see the place, neighborhood etc.. she will relay info and pics to them. If it is a Keeper, then will work things out with you. Also, must sign a 25% referal agreement with me. If you think you can work with us on the deal and can wait for the Perfect place that just happens along, write me and tell me why You would be good for the job.
