Hey, I was thinking of visiting some of the realty agency in the are of my branch that I work out to speak with some of the brokers.
My goal is to build a referral system in which I can swing clients there way and in return they can swing me some business.
As a banker I deal with people every day who are looking for homes, selling homes, expanding business locations etc..
I help customers with mortgages, home equity lines of credit, business and personal checking and savings, and credit products.
I'm not sure how brokers work beside the fact that they sell homes lol.. But I was told from someone that brokers use escrow accounts to hold money. How exactly does that work?
As a broker do you have a specific place that clients get mortgages or do you just sell the house and the client is on their own to get a mortgage qualification?
To all brokers and agents is a banker someone you would network with and how would you suggest I can send more business over to brokers?
