Find out who is on title. write up the offer and contact the owner directly, unless of course XRS owns it. In that case, I don't have their number.

Thanks, But XRS does own it now.I thought of that.There was a short window opening in between agents so i thought I'd capitalize on it and bring the buyer and make a deal.But alas.I just saw it relisted 5 minutes ago.Thanks anyway
