I under standing if the file is late or I make a mistake being doc $10.00, but for a prior value variance that’s crazy.

The QC guy said he has noting to do with it, but then did say he adds or not adds the fee, but I can’t talk to him about it. I need to talk to customer service.
I know its only $10.00 but the principle just bothers me.

Contact your coordinator when this happens, they will change it if it meets the requirements. This is addressed in another thread. I've been docked before even though I had the order in same day it was requested.

I have as well and its been fixed.
