How about I just went to enter a report for a certain company and the form was already filled out. And the name at the bottom of the form just happens to that of the REO King in the area. So I go over the form and actually amazed how incomplete and poorly done it was. The subject ia a 140 year old Colonial home located just outside the city in an definite suburban area. He used comps 3 1/2 miles from the subject. He used two 60 year old ranches without adjustments for age. The adjustmnets for sqft were not even close. There was plenty more but I dont want to bash the guy because he does carry 60 listings and I dont so he is definitely doing something right. Plus I'm pretty sure he doesnt do his own BPO work.
