What are people using for individual websites? Our company is currently using Agency Logic ( [url=http://www.AgencyLogic.com]www.AgencyLogic.com[/url] ). I'm curious what other individual property websites are out there, and how your incorporate them into your website, facebook, etc.?

I use Busyagentpro for my individual property websites and lead capture pages. When I get one done I just link it to facebook. I also blog about it on 3 different blogs and that makes it do well in search engine optimization for certain key words. If you aren't doing SEO marketing of your individual property websites you might as well not be doing them.

AgencyLogic seems a bit pricey to me. I like Postlets because the pages are optimized for smartphone screens and there's a free package. You might also consider ePropertySites.com.

realbird.com is one that I use. It looks nice, easy to use. I pay about $80/year for it...unlimited listings.

It offers Facebook pages too but I think they are a waste. Your property owner, you, and maybe one or two of their friends will "Like" the page then nothing will happen and it looks dumb. LOL

Realbird is worth looking in to. (I have *no* affiliation and get no referral fees or anything for it.)

I use realbird and single property sites. I know its redundant but I think the sps just has a cleaner more comprehensive look to it so I use that on the riders etc, but the realbird is easier to blog and has more functionality. I keep meaning to just go to one though.
