Newbie here, so I'm viewing this much more from a client perspective than fellow realtor. I thought your site looked classy, was easy to navigate, and I really liked the descriptions you gave of each complex. That helped make each one feel more unique, and should help a buyer get a feel for what may be the right complex for them. I also liked being able to search the listings for open houses (we don't see that information included much here on public search sites). The only thing I would caution you about is that I was slightly turned off by the use of so many exclamation points in the descriptions, and would recommend having someone proof them for you (for example, in the Market House description I think you are using "formally" instead of "formerly", at least the way I read it?). Don't want to sound picky, but I would hate for such minor things to hurt a viewer's opinion of what you have obviously put so much time and effort into. I know you had previously posted that the amenities tabs would be removed but I got a laugh out of the ones that currently say "bullets". Hope that doesn't mean they're in a rough part of town :)

I took a quick look, and think you are doing some great things.
You are right, the blogroll section needs some work. I'd add some links that are relevant to your clients 1) remove the Wordpress links - this is a real estate site, not a how to blog site 2) add some of your favorite local places to eat, or visit. 3) The best way to do this is to have specific Anchor text with a link. My Favorite St Paul Restaurant (and all those words link to the website of your favorite restaurant)
You can thank me by adding me to your blogroll (and of course I'd do the same) PM me for my link

I think the site looks really nice and easy to navigate. I just had one question about the background image. It's 1400 by 1200 yet it didn't slow down my loading of the site. I've had issues with loading images of this site. I was just curious what plugin, if any, you used to pre-load the image on wordpress? Also, it runs pretty fast. Who's your host if you don't mind me asking?

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
