Our MLS has a type of TC software in realtyTrac - (I think that's the name of it.) Its free to use when you log in to the MLS and go to that tab. You can also fax stuff to it or email to it.
So, hopefully I helped some agents that have this same question.

Shannon, are you referring to MLS-Office? I notice it is a free MLS service. Is any one using MLS-Office and does it suffice for basic transaction coordination needs?

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
