What software is available to assist the Transaction Coordinator in staying organized and on top of every aspect of the files under contract.

I know this is an old post, but just in case someone happens upon it here are 3:

Our MLS has a type of TC software in realtyTrac - (I think that's the name of it.) Its free to use when you log in to
the MLS and go to that tab. You can also fax stuff to it or email to it.

So, hopefully I helped some agents that have this same question.

Shannon, are you referring to MLS-Office? I notice it is a free MLS service. Is any one using MLS-Office and does it suffice for basic transaction coordination needs?
