I totally understand your frustration that a novice agent wants to have his cake and eat it too.
I am very ready to borrow my broker's name and pay $50 to $100 per month for his/her name and he/she will still be glad in two ways:
1. My listing signs are advertising the brokerage firm all over the town.
2. My brokerage will be greatly benefited by my listing brochure and templates, all designed by myself, printed at my own home. And I let the company use mine FOR FREE.
After having posted here, I recently got a very decent firm for $100 per month, $200 per-transaction fee. They've already started getting great help from me with choosing a new domain name and opening another office location, etc.
