What are the programs you use to provide better than average buyer and seller net sheets? Our MLS provides a platform, but is so limited (even after personalizing) that a lot of calculations still have to be done manually.

I use Top Producer (so far), and even the features there I found to be pretty lax. I want a system that I can pre-program the basics, and customize for each area based on property tax rates.
