I'll give it a go. I have three boxes.
Box A - Hot leads/Current files that are active.
You can use a tickler file system if you want.
1 - 30
Box B - Future leads, brocken down by month.
Box C - Past clients/People who I like.
On the back of each card I write down when I mail to
them and when I talk to them on the phone. If they get
full I just keep stappling on fresh cards.
