Does this pertain to inspectors of HUD properties?
I'm trying to find information on it, but when I google it, all I see is info pertaining to appraisers on HUD properties. Unless HUD is interchanging the word "inspector" for "appraiser", then it seems that the appraiser is to order certifications for mechanical systems.
Is this correct, or does this fall on the shoulders of an inspector, inspecting a HUD REO? Where do the certifications come from?
