I have been the REO business for 15 years. I work with some Realtors, but most of them have their own crews. The majority of my work is with the Nationals. As of late my work has fallen off. It seems one of the Realtors is a SAM vendor. Because of that he is soaking up most of the work in my area. So, my question is this. How do I become a SAM vendor? Is there a site to visit? Courses to take? Let me know.
www.efanniemae.com There is a page to apply as a FM SAMS Contractor. Don't think it will be fast, though. I have had two contractors sign up and they were told they were approved, but still have not been set up, and it has been a year. You will have to be dilligent following up. Good Luck!
