Can anyone recommend lead management software I can install on my computer that is not internet based? I can only seem to find ones offering websites with them or that are internet based. My follow up system I made from excel isn't cutting it and I feel like I'm loosing business because of it (day late and dollar short with it.)

Well personally I would rather have one online and back it up frequently. Hard drives fail. Operating systems die. Laptops are stolen...if it's all online you can be back up and running in no time.

I was in your situation 6 months ago and started looking for a local contact management system and could only find online real estate solutions.

I ended up biting the bullet and signing up for an online service and I'm now very glad that I did. The online services end up providing a lot more features than what a computer based system can do. If you want to PM I'll tell you who I signed up with.

Guess that is a good point Perky, but I can't seem to allow myself to store the info on a server out of my control. And yeah Kjmendy they do have alot more features but I feel better with a local one. I'll try and fix mine up a bit and hopefully a programmer friend of mine can touch it up a bit cheaply.
