We are a HUD LLB in Florida and it looks the whole robosigning mess is affecting HUD listings as much as it has the Florida REO business in general.

Any other Florida HUD LLB's out there---what are you seeing? We work with only one HUD asset company, just curious what's happening all around.

I got 21 listings in the Metro DC area beginning of the work flow. I've sold about half, gotten 2 new assignments this month. It is slow...I watch the site everyday and they are just not foreclosing.

Richard, been slow here with REO, Lee County courts are dissmissing foreclosure cases by the thousands lately..

Have you been reading stories on these dismissals? Are they being done just to start the paperwork over again? I have been told that the dismissals were a result of long ago scheduled court dates coming due while paperwork errors or reviews were not yet completed, and they will simply start over again.

Above is good link with alot of info, heck close family members went to trial yesterday and bank appeared to be ready, then out of the blue the banks lawyer approached the judge and asked for a dissmisal, blew me away honestly thought my family member was going to be letting me know when they needed help moving.... Love my family but isn't it called pay to stay??
