Shysters or what? I'm being billed for $5.80/month but I never subscribed to them. I keep all my orders and my receipts. I have no records for REOPrep.com They popped up in my bills shortly after I canceled Equator's zipcode purchase...hmmm. I've emailed, I called and left a message, of course they don't answer, so what's the deal with these guys?

As long as it's on a Credit Card, report the details to the Credit Card Processor and it'll be reversed . . . . plus they may be penalized and inhibited somewhat in their future use of the System to charge for their . . . . "services".

REOPrep.com is shady. REOPrep.com has bs "passwords" that don't work. REOPrep.com I think, scooped my credit card information. REOPrep.com never returned my call. REOPrep.com should be banned from the planet.
/Google bombing REOPrep.com ^^ this put them on the first page of Google - haha - scammers beware! I have a Google-bomb and I'm not afraid to use it!

I have always found them to be a good company. I always get a quicker response when I email them. The trick is to place the email attention to whom ever you are trying to reach. I have a pretty good relationship with Melissa Rodriguez. If you are having a particular problem you should email (customerservice@reoprep.com) att;M Melissa Rodriguez. Tell her you are friends with me and hopefully she can work it out. I am sure they are not taking your cc info. Let me know how it works out.

A few years ago I joined and then I cancelled no problem. I emailed and had a return confirmation within a day. They I waited about 6 months and re joined and still have not had a problem. Then again maybe I should say its really bad so I have less competition lol.

Why don't we have more information from the senior members... I think it's posted in the Private Forum "For Licensees Only".

I just noticed (actually my wife did) that my credit card has charged 4.80 a month since march. I do remember signing up and they have my E&O, W2 but I almost never go for fee based services. Anyone every get any work from them? BPOs or Listing?

You'll have to demand that the Credit Card stop processing charges from REOPrep.
If the Credit Card Company won't agree to stop accepting these charges from REOPrep, then you'll have to threaten to cancel the Credit Card.
Charges less than 45 days old "might " be disputed and reversed (depends on the Credit Card Company's Policy). Those older probably represent money thrown away. If enough people did this to establish a recognized pattern, REOPrep could be penalized and denied future use of the System to charge for their . . . . "services".
Apparently, these small amounts must appear to be too trifling for many people to bother complaining about, so the process can continue for years, and $4.00 to $6.00 per month times thousands of "subscribers" makes for a successful business plan.
Like they say . . . . "You snooze, you lose !"

Have these issues been resolved?? If you had am issue and posted about it - please let us know in this thread if it has been resolved. Wow - talk about kismet - Yesterday I was just asking so I could see if I could help but today not only do I 'need' to know if these issues have been taken care of - I really need the email addresses and phone numbers (toll free as well) of anyone there in management, so I can get to the bottom of an issue I have been drawn into without my knowledge. Be careful people - playing with 'bombs' sometimes is an unwise thing to do unless you know what you are doing and and honestly say you do. It appears it backfired and I was drawn in the blast zone. Caveat - aiming your ordinance inappropriately at companies that advertise here is probably not a wise thing to do (duh) - those companies won't care about my protective stance on defending whatever truth our members have to share, as your Moderator, I'm nothing in their eyes, and why bother with me when they already have a relationship here at the highest level on speed dial. Use that gray matter when it matters. Just a friendly reminder of one of the rules of this forum... You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this BB to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law....
Remember, if you post potential defamatory comments it can come back to bite you as these pages are listed in search engines and show up in searches for company names etc. -
These comments are available for the whole world to see and there is a record that you said them - so if you don't want to spend thousands of dollars defending yourself in court I would suggest you try to speak in generalities and not name specific persons or companies in your posts.
Also, a reminder of the Realtor Code of Ethics with says not to disparage fellow Realtors - and speaking ill of other companies or Realtors will get you in trouble with your own board or association even if you are lucky enough not to be sued.
So keep posting but keep yourself out of trouble

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
